Summary
Using demonstrable technical knowledge and proven sales skills, deliver best advice and support to end users in relation to technical solution sales to facilitate the achievement of sales targets and individual objectives.
Responsibilities
• As a minimum, attain sales targets as agreed with the Sales Manager.
• A key point of contact for clients in order to provide both pre- and after-sales service ensure product knowledge is current and relevant so the highest standards of quality and support can be continually provided.
• Maintain a solid sales forecast and pipeline.
• Work to resolve issues, advising on product and service choices, and update account statuses.
• Develop and deliver general company and product presentations
• Build and maintain profitable relationships with customers, producing regular sales reports and other supporting documentation
• Ensure maximal Customer satisfaction by providing the best services to them
Qualifications & Requirements
• BSc (or equivalent) in relevant Engineering discipline
• 3 Years post graduate experience including 2 years in a related field
• Strong command of English is mandatory, Arabic is desired
• Advanced MS Office skills
• ERP and CRM system experience is desired.

Summary
Sherbiny is looking to hire an experienced supplier relations specialist to help us maintain and exceed our performance between our own suppliers and our valuable customers. This position requires a responsible individual who is able to keep track of details in regards to the Sherbiny supply chain. As a member of the supply chain department, you will have the opportunity to interact with some of the largest companies in the world on a daily basis which is challenging but rewarding.
Responsibilities
• Enhances supplier relationships by developing and continually improving upon post-award supplier processes
• Develops and drives supplier scorecards and ongoing supplier performance improvement working with supply base
• Promotes coordination of health commodity supply chain activities between partners through existing mechanisms and establishment of new forums as needed
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Experienced in the Oil & Gas sector
• Experienced in supplier management, inclusive relationship building, as well as risk and performance management.
• Experienced in developing roadmaps for critical and strategic supplier relationships.
