    Summary

    Using demonstrable technical knowledge and basic sales skills, deliver support to Sales Engineers on the specific range of products offered by our mechanical, electrical & instrumentation divisions and of Sherbiny in general to facilitate the achievement of sales targets and individual objectives.

    Location: Khobar, Saudi Arabia

    Main responsibilities
    • Ensure regulatory, audit, and compliance requirements meet or exceed requirements.
    • Conduct ad-hoc site Audits and ensure significant issues are identified and raised to mitigate risk.
    • Proactively plan and manage HSE objectives to ensure there is no impact to company's strategic objectives.
    • Measure and monitor HSE benchmarks, metrics, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet company-wide goals and drive best in class results.
    • Drive the implementation of programs and initiatives to foster a strong HSE culture.
    • Deliver and continuously improve HSE management systems and compliance programs.
    • Organize and Chair the HSE Committee Meetings.
    • Develop Policies, Procedures and Guidelines related to Company HSE.
    • Identify and coordinate training to meet regulatory requirements and improve HSE awareness & performance across the company.
    • Foster a team culture in which safety, operational excellence, and results orientation are the foundation.
    • Provide various training and awareness sessions in ergonomics, health, safety etc.
    • Provide emergency response capabilities for occupational safety and industrial hygiene matters.
    Minimum Qualifications and Experience:
    • Saudi National Only
    • Bachelor's degree in occupational safety and health, environmental engineering, or related subject.
    • Master's degree or relevant professional certifications in ISO 9001:2015 , 14001:2015 and ISO 45001 would be desirable.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Experience with audits, creating project plans, coordinating and completing projects on time with high quality deliverables in a fast-paced environment.
    • Experience building relationships with internal customers and stakeholders.

  • Sales Support Engineer
    Summary

    • Provide quality and timely support to Sales Engineers in the form of collecting technical information, selection of products, preparing calculations and commercial proposals.
    • Provide up to date information on current sales opportunities, quotations and orders to the management.
    • Ensure all quotations are followed up with the client.
    • Ensure maximal customer satisfaction by providing the best services to them.
